Job Title: Spanish Speaking Sales Associate

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking sales associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
